They fixed my check engine light that was a problem for yearsss. Took it to several shops even the dealer. No one could fix it: I waited at least 4 months to see if it would come back on before I did the review. Excellent! And they also a straight pipe a few years ago. Still good!

I had attempted to replace the flex pipe on my wife's Sonic today. I came across the issue of 2 completely rusted bolts that , even with an impact drill, they did not budge. I called them and told them my issue a that I had the parts already and I was asked if I could bring the car in before lunch which I did. The mechanic put the car on the lift and once he saw the issue, got to work on it (even thought it was his lunchtime). an hour or so later the car was fixed and the cost was for labor only and it was definitely reasonable. These guys were very respectable and did an amazing job! I will definitely use them again for future fixes and highly recommend.

I visited this shop late 2025 for a catalytic converter repair and had a poor experience. The shop is very small and had a strong fecal/sewage-like odor in the lobby, despite an air freshener. The odor was still noticeable when I approached my car after the repair. Staff professionalism was an issue. One mechanic was rude. I was directed by another mechanic to follow him, but due to unclear communication, I was led into a restricted work area and then loudly reprimanded and reported to the manager, which was embarrassing and inappropriate since I was following staff direction. I was initially quoted one price, then told after inspection that the quote was incorrect and the cost increased by over $400. I proceeded only because it was still the lowest estimate I had received. The repair took several hours due to being told the wrong part was delivered. After the work was completed, my check engine light was still on. I had to return to the office twice during the same visit before being told I also needed O2 sensors β€” information that should have been communicated earlier. Due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and the overall experience, I would not return or recom

Well, I had them replace my catalytic converter, which lasted for one month, I bought another one, upon taking it off found that they had put red RTV before mounting it, shown in Pic attached, 😑 I believe that you should never put RTV on exhaust manifold. Just saying, I will not be going back to this location.

$450!?!?!?!? Beware!!!! As a business owner myself, I expected so much more from Laredo muffler and the workers that I spoke with to get a quote prior to getting exhaust modifications on my 1964 Impala. Dropped the car off on the scheduled day after agreeing on the modifications, price, and provided explicit details on the modifications on the paper they have you fill out upon having service done but it seems only the receptionist is aware of what is written on the paper and the exhaust β€œprofessional” doesn’t take note of that at all. Once I arrived to pick up the car the job was not what we discussed, accused me of being a liar after providing details of the modifications on paper provided to the receptionist and expected me to still pay the balance in full. Jose(manager/owner) and his workers were completely disrespectful and did not look to come to any resolution and fix their mistake. I was charged $450 to extend the existing pipes from the near the rear end to the rear bumper. Also, when I arrived home after hearing some unusual noise I noticed the new pipe I was charged $450 for was hitting my rear spring which a professional should be aware of before welding and installing e
